This kettle looks lovely but builds up So much lime scale every day I have to keep de scaling it or it looks a state. Would never have have purchased if I knew this. A replacement would be a great gesture

Not very happy with this item and sending it back. It’s extrememly noisy when boiling. We weren’t happy with it in looks either. It doesn’t look like the photos with the lovely lot blue rolling boiled water. The water boils and a blue light is just around the bottom of the kettle. The problem with glass is that even with one use the inside looks dirty. Won’t be buying a glass kettle again.

You get what you pay for - reasonable value kettle but the serious drawback is The Glass Becomes Far Too Hot To Touch. If you have children do not buy this as they will want to touch it and will get burnt. Plastic is very flimsy and won't last but away from kids there is nothing out there that is better. Spend more and have a better and safer kettle.

Brought this kettle with an added limescale filter as we live in a hard water area, after the 1st use the kettle is covered in limescale on the inside, can see it more clearly where it’s glass. It does boil in a decent time though and you can get a lot of water in there. Looks nice when blue light is on when it’s not covered in limescale.

Needs descaling regularly

A very nice looking Kettle and it does not take long for the water to reach boiling point. However we live in a hard water area and are disappointed that it does not take long for scale to build up. Should it have a Britx built in? I think we bought the wrong model Arthur Bavister

Good but kettle is quite heavy does look good though

Nice but very nosey and have found water ?? leaking from the base not sure where yet but will find and then return as faulty
