This is our third one of these steamers in about 30 years. They are well made and very sturdy. We have used ours every day pretty much and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this one. It’s simple to use and clean.

Have had several steamers over the years, but the usual thing generally happens to them long before the motor burns out. The baskets get dropped, or they fall on the floor and crack and split instantly. The plastic this one is made of seems a lot more firm and rigid and a bit more rubbery Which should make it more durable . It is a bit larger than my last one and will be ideal for Christmas. Overall am very pleased with it.

Very good product - recommended without reservation. Really simple to use. Day after receipt, steamed salmon in the bottom level with two different veggies on each of the other layers and at the end of the cooking time the results were really wonderful - and reminded me of how vegetables ought to taste but too often don't! Since then used for more dinners than not, although not got round to trying other main components (chicken or whatever) apart from the salmon, or (new) potatoes either yet.. But success with all the veggies tried thus far - carrots, mange tout, French beans, sugar snaps, sweetheart cabbage, cauliflower and calabrese, all crisp and tasty. The instruction leaflet is a model of how these things should be too - written by someone for whom English is a first language and well thought out. Would heartily recommend.

Strange "upside down" design of steamer baskets, with smaller basket at the bottom and larger on top took some getting used to. Otherwise it works well and does what it is meant to do.

As always a brilliant service - product arrived when said - as described and looks good! I am delighted with it and there is nothing about it that I don't like. Dishwasher safe too, which my old one wasn't, so big bonus! I definitely recommend. Thank you!

I looked at several electric steamers. All the reviews said that baskets were flimsy. This one is great. Big baskets too. I would totally recommend this one if you are looking for one. So easy to clean.

Have used several times already. Steams perfectly, excellent instructions. After using just have to rinse. Highly recommend this product
