Absolutely love my Hob and the service I received was outstanding from purchasing, being kept informed and the installation, outstanding service

I cannot believe this new hob. My old one is about 6 years old and it cracked badly so bought a new one. I deliberated for weeks looking at so many and time after time this is the one that came up trumps for me. It has everything I need. In fact I have 6 different sized burners and it is wonderful. It is so quick and so much more modern than my old hob and it's features are so well thought out by the manufacturer. I spend a lot of time cooking and the new hob is a perfect dream to use. Two hobs have double elements so I can use the smaller element for small pans or the large element for a big pan - and the transition from one to the other is so simple. The rings can also be set on Automatic, which allows the pan to heat up quickly then turn itself down automatically to the number you set it at for a lower temperature. It has a timer for each burner too, so there is never any chance of over cooking anything. In all, I would say I chose the best hob on the market in any price range - and this, for it's moderate cost, is absobloominglutely bootiful, just bootiful. I love it.

This is a good hob and turns out to be better than the next most expensive one, but we had to phone up for info as AO and Zanussi websites confusing. It has 4 rings, easy touch controls, safety cut off. When you turn it off, it indicates still hot with an 'H' by the appropriate ring. Two of the rings have a double heat zone - back right has large oval and round, front left has concentric round ones for smaller and large pans. Only criticism is that there is no 'beep' from the rings when you turn them on or change heat, which we had on the previous hob (it does beep when you turn the hob on and off).

My last hob was a solid plate thing. Took ages to heat up and looked ugly. This one is beautiful and fast to heat up! You can make the front plate twice the size with a button. Had no issues keeping it clean either m

Bought as a replacement for our old (broken) hob. Things have definitely moved on in the hob world. Was super easy to install and very simple to use. The auto heat up is brilliant and even the timer has proved very useful. But the best thing about it is the wife is very happy with it. Would definitely recommend this hob.

This has turned out to be an excellent replacement for our Hotpoint ceramic hob. A piece broke out the edge of the old hob and left a sharp edge so we poked for something to replace it. The Zanussi was easy to fit and wire in. The control pad is very responsive, better than the Hotpoint. The rings heat up really quickly and you notice a difference quickly when you turn them down. I would highly recommend this product, great value for money.

It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I wanted a basic electric job that would heat up and not decide to cut out at the point when the temperature was almost getting there. I do a lot of wok cooking which has always been a bit of a challenge on an electric hob. It looks good too.

I have had this hob for 4 weeks, and whilst cooling down it cracked across the largest ring. The glass is not covered by the warranty, rendering the warranty completely useless as glass is 90% of this appliance. The hob works well, but to have to replace it out of pocket after just 4 short weeks is very disappointing to say the least.
