item arrived exactly on time, complete and cheerfully delivered in good condition. installation needed only very minor adaption and happily it was a fairly simple swap for the old unit. instructions for installation could have been a little clearer but once set its a perfect update. no complaints at all

I was really nervous about this product. Read on for the reason. As it turned out, I was quite wrong. I am of course still learning about it, but luckily a) it's all there in the handbook, and b) I can read! Why was I worried? Because the hole required for its insertion in the worktop (according to the diagram which I found) was very, very tight in relation to what I had available. Luckily, the diagram was wrong by crucial millimetres -- in a good way! And there the thing now sits, happily brewing stuff. First stop: stewed apples. I shall enjoy every mouthful! Thank you, all concerned!

Love this hob, one of the best looking on the market

Lovely looking hob and i picked it as it has the same configuration of burners my old one had. However, there is, if you are not very careful a risk that a pan can slip off the left facing burner, the gap is quite large. You really need to be careful you have right pan size which can if you are juggling all burners be difficult. First time i used it had a small sized frying pan on it and it was very unstable and could easily slide off. To be honest I don't understand why they have not put another bar on it nor how its passed H&S checks.

Got exactly what I ordered. Delivered within time frame arranged. Driver called to pinpoint more accurately. All delivered with the offer of rubbish taken back. Can’t expect more than that. Thankyou

Looks good, though not yet used it.

Excellent quality and value for money. Somehow seems to cook much quicker than the old one it replaced but still using the same amount of gas. Very easy to clean and good stable pan supports.
