Already seems to be making an odd noise after a week so my initial thoughts are this will be a problem item

Have just purchased from ao and had delivered two days ago having now used fully I can say I’m very disappointed with it I replaced this this model for its predecessor they are exactly the same except that this ‘new’ model is cheaply and cheaper build quality in every way. The whole cooker feels frankly cheap, from the hollow cheap thin plastic controls to the very ill fitted and sharp edged hob the thing I am most angry with the the grill, The last model had three heat settings settings 1 and 2 were very good for an electric oven at control of heat and precision cooking and the 3rd was very hot and good for fast hot grilling. This new one is terrible there isn’t really two settings at all just very slow to heat up then absolute uncontrollable heat the so called second setting from all I can tell just makes it even hotter unless you just want black burnt food it has no other purpose as there is no way to contribute the heat levels! This is an honest review I do not often leave feedback but am very disappointed with this purchase that was not cheap by any means for what it is. Further more do not believe the other reviews on the is site I do not think they are legitimate there all the same and in no way like this cooker I do not recommend buying this and am looking for a replacement and wether I can return this. Very disappointed.

Cooks food lovely and very quickly the best oven I have used.

We have had the cooker for a week and it’s great! The hob heats up quickly and we haven’t had any issues with cooking so far. The only negative is that the oven shelves have a lip which makes them very difficult to remove baking trays from as they need to be lifted out.

A good cooker from zanussi prefered the control buttons on the zanussi cooker I had before they had a dimple at the top so even in dark you could tell the hob was off but as usual the rest is very good.

Game changer, I no longer have to eat raw food
