Great cooker and excellent service from the AO. Came on a time, had it all installed within minutes and tidied up all the finish. Cooker itself not only looks brilliant in my kitchen, but cooks very well too. Hob plates heat up within seconds and oven takes only few minutes depending on set temperature. Very happy with my purchase, would definitely recommend to a friend.

Seems to be a nice product, all works well. My reason for not giving 5 stars is it sounds a little tinny when opening the oven doors

Looks modern, easy controls that are clearly marked. Controls are up top instead of on the front which is great with a little child around and also they don’t get the excess heat damage from when you open the door of the oven (replaced loads on front control models in the past but none on my last one which was the same as this design), Does take slightly longer for the oven to heat up to temperature than my last one and the larger rings are slightly smaller in diameter too but not a problem. Delivered in good condition and packaged well with no issues. Great all round product.

Would have given ao.com a five star rating but first cooker was faulty. When cooker blew electrics ao pulled out all stops to get a replacement to me even though it was a manufacturers fault, could not praise ao.com customer services and engineers any higher, will certainly use them again and recommend them to anybody.

Excellent cooker and our old cooker was also Zanussi so wanted to keep to the same brand. Just had a up to date version which I'm delighted with and it heats up so quick compared to my old cooker. Also excellent service as well from ao.

Bought this as we already had a zanuzzi cooker, it arrived on time, didn't ask for old cooker to be taken away in the options selection when buying but got a phone call to schedule delivery and they offered to take it away free! I was quite excited to get my new cooker, on unwrapping it it looked great! On using it how ever, that's something else! The ceramic hob marked first time we used it which is utterly disappointing, also when the hobs light up it looks like the old fashioned rings like on old electric cookers, and when we used the oven, there's two little black vents just behind the ceramic ring top, just at the back, well we had steam billowing out of these vents! We had to put the extracter fan on it was that bad! I'm kinda disappointed in this, wished I'd never bought this model, my old zanuzzi didn't have these vents on it, and we loved it apart from that it cooks food really well and evenly
