AO were great and delivery and installation amazing. However... cooker was ok for a week but then started tripping the electric when cooling. 6 months later and 6 visits to repair it and it still doesn't work properly. Complaints to zanussi and the company that are repairing it and nobody cares. Don't buy zanussi.... get something else!

Really disappointed with this. Looks great but the hob scratched on the very first use, even though I had just checked the bottom of the pan to checked it was compatible. Fat droplets stain really badly and need a cream cleaner to remove them. My biggest problem is the ring sizes are tiny so even my small crepe pan which is 8 inches across won’t fit on the ring. I would not buy this again and would not recommend anyone buy this as it’s not even big enough for our small 3 person family. Shame as it looks good and the knobs are well positioned and easy to use. Looking for the model number to call zanussi. Not happy at all.

It is a great cooker looks good unfortunately the main oven worked for 20 minutes and then gave up.

Does its job. Heats fast but takes a while to cool back down. Fan will turn off about 30 minutes after you turn oven off. Does not have a clock or a timer. Note that it does not come with a power cable.

Good oven but arrived damaged and had no response from AO

It looks very attractive, especially when the lights are on and the fan oven works really well. I’m disappointed with the oven shelves however, they’re a bit flimsy compared with the sturdy ones in my old cooker. Also it took exactly half an hour for the cooling fan to switch itself off, after having used the oven for only 10 minutes on medium heat. The grill is very hot, even on a “2” (the lower) setting. The hob warms up surprisingly quickly, and is actually better than it had been described on the “which” website, but after only a handful of uses it has water marks on the cooking rings which I was only able to clean off successfully by using considerate elbow grease (I used vinegar in the end and was scrubbing for ages). I decided to take out an additional insurance with Zanussi because I started to doubt whether the basic warranty would be enough. I also purchased an extra kitchen timer clock (with a magnet) because it annoyed me that I couldn’t set a timer on the cooker. In my opinion it is over-priced by about £200 (I bought it for £539 from ao).

The cooker is fine and as we ordered. Despite the listed dimensions being exactly the same as our old cooker it isn't quite as high (its feet don't rise so high or something) so it's not in line with our fitted worktops - which is a little disappointing.

This cooker has a good appearance. The controls are well placed, and both ovens are very roomy and easy to clean. A great pity it has no timer. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.
