Frustrated with new cooker.

The cooker was delivered, unpacked, fitted and tested. The very next morning none of the 4 rings on the hob were working. Need I say more.
Zanussi engineer was called but when he arrived he said the cooker was faulty as the thermostat had failed and cut all power to the hob. He said that the parts required would take 5 days and we are waiting to see what happens.
In AO adverts it says there is a 100 day free return. If the repair does not work this Friday, that is exactly what we will be doing.
