Zanussi is the best! I love everything about my new cooker. The colour of black is delicious and perfectly fits into the kitchen space. It looked so good I didn’t want to use it!! ?? The hob heats up quickly; the grill is superb and the oven is a treat to cook with! I am not a great cook but my scones have came out perfect every time, as I can keep an eye on them due to the bright light in the oven. The light in the grill is great too. I received 3 metal grill trays with the cooker: 2 x for the oven and 1 x in the grill. I am so glad I was able to buy this cooker.

Excellent cooker, been no faults whatsoever from buying the item to it getting delivered and using it. Great delivery service with friendly drivers and customer service calling to make sure everything is ok after delivery. Highly recommend.

The cooker was delivered, unpacked, fitted and tested. The very next morning none of the 4 rings on the hob were working. Need I say more. Zanussi engineer was called but when he arrived he said the cooker was faulty as the thermostat had failed and cut all power to the hob. He said that the parts required would take 5 days and we are waiting to see what happens. In AO adverts it says there is a 100 day free return. If the repair does not work this Friday, that is exactly what we will be doing.

I am not 5 star on this product as it is taking me a while to get use to it. Finding that I am burning things to much as I cannot get use to the knobs have to look really close to see which ring I am putting on. Not as good as my last cooker but once I get use to it maybe? I don't think it cooks roast spuds as well as my previous different make cooker. It was slightly more expensive and I do find the fan irritating as it stays on far to long after I have cooked wasting electricity in my opinion.

Great double oven, has three wire shelves and large grill pan.
