The Hobs on the left right hand side doesn’t work.

The cooker was delivered, unpacked, fitted and tested. The very next morning none of the 4 rings on the hob were working. Need I say more. Zanussi engineer was called but when he arrived he said the cooker was faulty as the thermostat had failed and cut all power to the hob. He said that the parts required would take 5 days and we are waiting to see what happens. In AO adverts it says there is a 100 day free return. If the repair does not work this Friday, that is exactly what we will be doing.

Very disappointing. It is not as good as it appeared in Your website. Cheap poor finish and big ugly knobs. No timer. Guess you can’t beat seeing the product when buying. Had a Zanussi cooker which was great should have got it repaired. To top it all AO were to call me back on my concerns they didn’t call …

I was very disappointed with the cooker, my son put some oven chips in the main oven on full power and they took over one hour to cook, AO were very good they are changing the cooker with a small reduction waiting to see if the new cooker works better.

Although it may look nice I found the cooker did not tick all boxes , the vent causes a lot of condensation and spreads cooking smells throughout the house , Also takes a while to get to temperature. The hob is fast to heat however it’s like the top isn’t sealed properly around the edges , smooth one side then all rough on the other side , I wouldn’t recommend this cooker unless you have an extraction hood. It could be hit or miss with the quality of the finish , the grill is handy being either small or large area to cook but again not quick to heat .

It looks lovely, but I don't like the oven vents on the top of the hob, these create loads of steam and leave my tiles dripping wet. The hobs don't work properly with some of my larger family pans and I've had to turn the oven shelves upside down to use them, otherwise the baking trays drop into the shelves and it's really difficult to get the trays out. I don't recommend this oven.

Weird cooker - no clock / timer. Didnt think to check this on description, doah! Also no rapid heat element. So a pretty basic cooker and not the cheapest. on reflection, should have bought something cheaper with just as good spec except wanted small oven light and this was the cheapest of known brands with this spec.

the door trim fell off in my hand the first time I opened the main oven door, it was extremely fiddly to put back being as I hadn't taken it off myself and so didn't how how it should reattach. Apart from that very pleased with speed of heating of rings and ovens
