Lovely cooker, great design. Quickly heat's up ready for use. Really impressed with it. I have always used a gas cooker/hob. So I'm really happy with this cooker.

Wonderful great improvement on old one

So far, very good. It's wonderful to have a new cooker and this one makes everything so easy. I can see clearly "what's cooking" in both ovens and there is plenty of room in each oven. The grill pan is huge and doubles as a roasting tin. I can get all the root veg (usually potatoes, parsnips and carrots) for Sunday Roast (for my family of 8) in this one pan. The ceramic top is great too and very easy to clean.

Absolutely love this cooker, so easy to use and clean. The whole shopping experience from placing the order to installation of the cooker was great. I would definitely buy zanussi again and use aol. ??

I looked at both cookers, removal and installation services for my 93 years young Mum when her cooker developed a fault and had to be disconnected in an emergency. It was the day before I went on holiday so not only did everything have to be arranged in a hurry, but the access and installation had to be carried out without me being there to supervise. AO we’re brilliant. They had the cooker I needed in stock, and then arranged and carried out everything to plan. There was a slight hiccup as a neighbour of my mother’s thought that the job hadn’t been done, but when I spoke to customer service they were incredibly helpful. They used photographs of my Mum’s taken by the installation engineers to describe her kitchen area around the cooker, so that I knew, even from where I was in New York (!) that all had been done as asked and the cooker was now installed and working.
