Annoyingly the hob controls turn anti clockwise and you automatically want to turn them clockwise but delivery driver warned to NEVER turn them clockwise, the oven controls are clockwise, which just makes me question more why the designer made the hob dials different The hob doesn’t seem to get as hot as my old one The oven reaches correct temp but a couple of times I’ve knocked the control knob slightly and it ended up 10 degrees out. Not a problem most of the time but have to be careful if baking Biggest issue is there are no adjustable feet on it, so had to get wedges to level it. It’s also lower than my previous one so is lower that the units either side Not happy with it but I’m limited on width so I’m stuck with it

Unfortunately the cooker has been fitted but the hob isn't working, took hours to get through to someone and now have to wait another 2 weeks for someone from Zanussi to come and fix it!

So far the item seems to be working fine. Bakes nicely.

I think this is my fault, but this is not a cooker for a single person, unless you do a lot of entertai ing. It has a large capacity and looks good in my kitchen, but I don't see myself using it to it's full potential. It's strange because although there is a lot of oven space, the hobs are comparatively small and not very reactive. To be fair, I haven't had the cooker long and I dare say, given time I will get used to it and make it suit my needs better. I chose it because I trust the brand, it had a good energy rating, and it got comparatively positive reviews.

New cooker much better performance than old model we had before.Not happy with the markings on the control knobs.All black same as the control knobs so you cannot see easily the number setting you are using.Also you now have to grill with oven door shut plus there are no handles for the grill pan.

The oven part heats up rather quickly and cooks really well. The hob part takes a while to heat, and marks eaisly.

Good replacement for previous cooker. Wanted something the same

the oven is a vast improvement on the stoves model it replaced... only gripe is getting used to the knobs, zanussi need to consider a more user friendly layout...though they are probably great for the blind..as you have to operate by feel
