No complaints with the product or the ao.com staff I spoke to. The delivery had to be aborted because the transport was too big to access the address. I had put comments in the delivery section when ordering so this process obviously needs to be reviewed. It was dealt with & delivery rearranged for the following day.

I was a little reluctant at first to buy this cooker as i am elderly and had hoped my last cooker would last for a few more years. However, I love the look of this roomy cooker. I made beautiful scones in the top oven and the grill is fantastic. Very pleased with my purchase.

I have had the oven for approximately a week and very pleased with it. Does exactly what it says on the tin, efficient and made me realise how slow my old cooker was even with the same temperatures! AO staff were amazing, quick and professional service by the delivery team. Thanks.

After 15 years my cooker was no longer worth repairing. I wanted a smaller width of cooker. This model appealed to me with the position of the controls. I have had the cooker for one week now. The cooker is just ideal. I read the comment about the the grill pan handle. I kept the grill pan and handle from my old cooker, it fits fine. What else can I say, this cooker certainly meets all my expectations.

Looks great in my newly designed kitchen. Really pleased with the look and a perfect fit. I'm sure I'll enjoy making some lovely meals and baking lots of cakes.
