The hob is great and very responsive but there is a lot of steam coming out of the vents when the oven or grill is on. As we only have a small splash back behind the cooker, the steam collects and dribbles behind the cooker.

The cooker works well. The two ovens are effective but well insulated which helps keep the electricity bills down. The hobs work very well. Things heat up very quickly, much quicker than with conventional hobs, and it is very quick to turn the heat down as well. The surface is easy to clean as there is not a tendency to get burnt on deposits. You have to be careful however not to boil anything over as that immediately shuts everything off and it will not restart till it is all wiped dry again. I do have a problem however as one of the control knobs has fallen off so on hob does not work. The technician is coming next week to fix it.

Attractive design. The surface is a little lower than I was expecting; the height appears to be measured from the dials which stick out above the rest of the cooker.

This was purchased to replace a tenants cooker that was damaged during building works. They had the previous model and insisted we replaced with the nearest model (if not the same), so I can only assume they were very happy with their previous oven. To date I have not been made aware of any issues.

Well the cooker is very good, fast and efficient. Really like the power boost hob control. Pause function is very good and the hob is so controllable with rotary knob and digital display. Downsides are the Zanussi customer service support . Came with a broken spot weld on an oven wire shelf. Would of liked to have spoken to a Human Being ...but THEIR system is sending out an Engineer in 2 weeks time to look at it ???? Just send a new rack out ASAP. Also smokes and steams from the 2 oven vents . Never seen an oven discharge like a pair of chimneys. Guaranteed for 1 year . A bit poor considering the high cost of the cooker. 4 star rating because customer care was not so great . Companies just pick up the phone and discuss with the customer please. Did actually speak with them but no use.

Good oven and hob! The two ovens come up to temperature very quickly, although, a bit annoyingly, there’s only an indicator for the bottom (fan) oven. Still getting used to induction but this also works well - nearly as controllable as gas! It looks smart, although the knobs are a bit cheap and plasticy. Cleaning is easy but the knobs are easily turned on while doing this. I’ve seen some reviews in which the fan not turning itself off has been noted as a problem - it does stay on a while but ours turns off eventually.

No issues with the product. Heats rapidly and cooks evenly. Very easy to keep clean

We chose this oven with induction hobs after a lot of research, and we are very pleased with it. It’s all very well- designed and built, giving an impression of real solidity, and controls are very responsive. It has no clock / digital display which, to our minds, makes it much less of a hassle in the event of a power cut. though it also means there’s no inbuilt timer and some may have to get used to this. The only real downside -which resulted in losing a star - is that its feet do not elevate as high as our previous stand-alone oven. So there is now a slight dip with the surrounding surfaces. We had no way of researching this, and it’s a bit of a shame, but not enough to put us off this wonderful oven.
