Received this new Zanussi ZCG63260XE Gas Cooker recently that was found to be faulty after initial installation. One of the rear gas top burners would not stay alight and could not be easily fixed and I was forced to return this model and purchased another brand due to concerns with its overall quality. This model looks good but the gas knobs ware very plasticky that lets down the feel and use of cooking with this model.

We've only had the cooker a few weeks and its not going well. Parts have become loose and the oven has been turning itself off. Also for a decent spec cooker the controls are cheap and flimsy.

First time using the main oven and the light has stopped working .Is this covered by the guarantee.

Good looking cooker, part from the plastic knobs dials. I would say my old hotpoint cooked much better though, there's only one big ring which heats up to fast on the top, all the rest are really small, the glass lid is very good to close, when not using overall I would say its a good cooker,the electric grill is fab tje oven is big I have been using it for around 3 weeks, maybe I need a bit longer to get to grips with it

good cooker, looks good, thought it might heat up food on the hob a bit quicker than the old one, but this isn't the case. Still reasonable happy with purchase

Oven seems to be well built with the exception of the control knobs on the top, which do feel a bit cheap. The other problem is that the grill pan doesn't come with handle like other cookers, shich is pretty strange. Apart from these issues the cooker certainly looks the part with its nice clean stainless steel finish and flush fitting glass lid. The cooker has automatic ignition on the hob and the oven light automatically comes on when either the top and/or bottom oven is switched on. Ive not had a gas oven with an electric grill before but it seems to work well. Only a standard 13A plug is needed for the electrical requirements of this cooker. Overall we're pretty happy.

Solid, works well and looks smart. Engineers who installed were great.

Love the look and feels really solidly built. Love that the control knobs are angled away from the heat rising from the top oven/grill and the glass lid looks stylish as well as being practical. The adjustable feet are a huge bonus as our kitchen floor isn't the most level of floors ???? Grill pan/ oven trivet is really large and would easily accommodate a large joint of meat for a family Sunday lunch. Wok burner is a great addition, great for quick frying and heating large pans for spaghetti etc Only a couple of little gripes I've got is that the control knobs don't feel as good quality as the rest of the cooker and would be an added bonus if there was a handle for grill pan
