Quality control from Zanussi is appalling, this is the 3rd cooker I've had overall. I had no choice but to buy this as I needed a 55cm. Original cooker had a chip out of the enamel, 2nd cooker had a chip out in the same place and a dent in the oven by the door seal and the third cooker had a chip and a scratch - all done in the factory. Do not buy this cooker unless you are prepared to accept the probability that it will be damaged. And why have 2 gas ovens and an electric grill? The cooker works ok, the grill is slow but other reviews have also stated the same thing.

What an upgrade! We bought this cooker to replace a rubbish old '90s thing. The oven cooks everything nice and evenly. It looks great and is good to know we'll be saving a few quid on energy.

Took delivery of our new cooker just in time to cook our Christmas Dinner it is excellent best cooker we've had shows us how inefficient our old one was would definitely recommend it to others ??

Bought to replace a gas cooker that was no longer efficient, but did not realise how bad it was until I bought this Zanussi. It cooks faster, cleaner, more efficiently, looks good , saves time and money, and is well worth its price. Love the convenience of the double oven and the (very fast) electric grill. Wish I had bought it years ago, and dumped the inefficient old one.

Delivery on time - check Helpful delivery men - check Product in good order - check First impressions is that the cooker appears to be very well built and of good quality (only time will tell). My wife, (being vertically challenged) thought maybe the position of the knobs may be an issue and that she would be constantly banging them ? However this has not caused any issues and says that the knobs have a smooth action and are easy to handle. She was very pleased following the first innings and is looking forward to getting a bun or two in the oven. If she's happy .. I'm happy .. money well spent ??

On the plus side it cooks really well - the dual ovens work well, warm up quickly and things are ready on time. Even the hob seems to cook better than my old cooker. On the minus, The controls have a slightly wobbly feel for the price and unless you open the oven door wide you can damage it taking the shelves out. The grill isn't fantastic and I'd prefer a conventional open one. Generally pleased though

Very pleased with my purchase of a Zanussi cooker. It was difficult trying to get a 55cm width cooker but AO solved my problem. Cooker is excellent and should be more efficient than my previous cooker that I had for 20 years. Love the fact it has 2 gas ovens and an electric grill. Happy customer.
