It was great that it already had operating system installed on the computer. I just followed the instructions on the page when I turned it on and it was ready to use. Touch keypad is easy to use. Keyboard is straight forward. I use it for occasional work so it is not on for long periods of time so I can't comment on the battery life. Comes with a carry case.cord is a good length to plug in to charge approximately 65 inches. It comes with a mouse as well.

I bought this laptop as I was looking for a basic product at a reasonable price and not expecting a state of the art gaming laptop. Pleased with the price and the product has exceeded my expectations for office tasks and communications including zoom with friends and family. Thanks AO, another satisfied customer.

I wanted this to replace an old one the wife had. I think the specs are great for the cost of it. It arrived in time for Christmas and has seen a lot of use since. It boots up quite quickly and , so far, has proved to be exactly right for her requirements. It is mainly for browsing and online banking, shopping etc but it is capable of much more. The only gaming she has tried is a pinball game ( she is knocking on a bit) but the graphics and sound were very good. In summary, its a great choice for general use, with ample USB ports and HDMI along with a good size hard drive. I would certainly recommend.

It's a great laptop, good quality and a lovely big screen. Surprisingly thin. Comes with carry bag and a mouse. It doesn't have a disk drive, I personally don't require one but I was surprised it didn't have one!

Boots up quickly and the large screen makes it ideal for Zoom calls. I'm not into gaming but it has more than enough power to do everything I want it to. A lot of laptop for an excellent price. No issues at all.
