Not the biggest Bosch fan, but I got it as a gift and can’t complain. Does what it says just not as quick or as dry as a condenser but I can’t help but feel that’s more a thing with heat pumps. At least it’s energy efficient and i am more confident in the product because it’s backed by AO, so no I’m resting easy with AO and there services.

Good tumble dryer - it does take longer to dry clothes than a condenser dryer so even using the programmed settings you still need to add extra time at the end, especially with items like towels. I knew it would take longer and it is cheaper to run, but it won’t dry stuff fast if that’s what you need.

Great product, economical and very good. Quieter than my last Bosch dryer.

Love how quiet this is! And I love how soft my clothes come out. Clothes don’t feel cooked like they used to in my old one, which actually caught fire. Delivery was amazing, within 24 hours I had it and connected and was drying. My only negative would be the touch response of the buttons, they are either too sensitive or not sensitive enough!!

Gets clothes dry! No issues with towels or bed sheets!!

Installed the new Bosch Heat-Pump Tumble Dryer, and I am impressed with the low energy usage. The slightly longer drying tme is not a problem, and it should pay for itself in less than a year.

Not really sure to be honest, doesn’t seem as good/quick as our old Miele. Seems to take a long time to dry and it’s not always completely dry even though on cupboard setting
