Takes a little bit longer than our old condenser tumble dryer, but hoping to see savings in energy bills. Towels were soft and fluffy. It finished faster than expected.

Ordered this dryer on Thursday 3rd October and delivery was confirmed for Sunday 6th. Exactly on schedule the time was confirmed for between 0930 and 9000 and delivered, the delivery team were excellent and unpacked it as requested and left everything clean and tidy – can't fault them at all. The machine is also excellent with great features, the drying sensor mode is very impressive. But we had one problem – we put the unit into a cupboard in our utility room and it doesn't fit as expected. We checked the dimensions on the AO website before ordering and the depth was stated as being 61.3 cm and as the cupboard has a usable depth of 63 cm it should have fitted perfectly, but when we put it into the space the cupboard door would not shut !! We then checked the manual that came with the machine and the dimension were given in there as, machine unit depth 61.3 – depth to front of machine door (which is proud of the front of the machine housing) 65.1cm !! We have had to remove the cupboard door to accommodate it !! But it actually looks Ok and we are very happy with it. So “AO” get someone to check the 'real' sizes that you put on your web site !!

Not really sure to be honest, doesn’t seem as good/quick as our old Miele. Seems to take a long time to dry and it’s not always completely dry even though on cupboard setting

A real disappointment, nothing feels fully dry even after 3 hours of running on the highest heat settings! Would never buy this model again.

Seems like they thought of everything. The included drain kit was an easy fit and saves emptying the tank. Both filters are really easy to remove and clean. Lots of plain English settings for different loads. As a heat pump machine the timings are longer but the figure shown is generally longer than the programme takes. As it’s different from standard tumble drying tech I’m relying on it being cheaper to run. Doesn’t seem to get as hot externally as my last tumble drying so that’s good as it’s in a recess.

Excellent tumble dryer, it’s quiet too.
