The shortest standard wash cycle is 2.5hrs but if you use the maximum load option of 8kg it takes 3.5hrs. There is only 1 option for wash and then dry and that has a minimum setting of 10.5hrs. The quick wash is 55 minutes no matter how little you put in. I would not recommend this washing machine for a larger family.

Faulty item delivered. Be aware this machine has a lot of fault codes.

The washer is very good but the dryer is very poor. Takes at least 3 times longer to dry garments than an average single dryer.

I have had this machine for 10 months and in its 7th month the heating element broke and had to be replaced. I was told it’s a known fault in the machine. It’s been working fine for a few months but has the same F17 error and will likely be fixed again only for it to break down once more. Such a shame as otherwise really great machine

Wash results ok, but wash cycle takes a long time

Seems good quality for a cheaper machine. Works well but the spin is very very loud in my house, sounds like a plane is taking off. Shame it hasn’t got a gentle hand wash option. The “wardrobe dry” function on the dryer still seems damp when finished the cycle so I put it on twice so not very electric efficient. If can put up with all that then it’s not too bad.!

Washes really well, programs are long though. Instructions are hard to follow. Can’t comment on drying as unable to use as my machine was delivered faulty and I’m waiting on a repair.

Louder than expected and it seems it doesn’t drain all the water…
