I tried to do a wash and dry cycle on one towel to test but still left the towel wet. I had to put it on a dry only setting to finish off. Total cycle time for one towel was like 7 hours....

Looks lovely. Good at washing clothes but drying on the other hand is awful, have to put it on Atleast 5 times to actually make sure they’re dry, each time takes a couple of hours. It’s ridiculous!

The machine looks nice and the options are easy to navigate. It is quieter than my old machine but not ultra quiet. On installation, AO broke my drainage pipe and pulled the water pipe off the wall.

The door has a silver ring which is actually mirror so with our grubby hand children it’s going to be filthy constantly (joys) also it sits away from the machine, I feel with small children this just means it could get damaged a lot easier as they’re able to grab old of it. The drawer doesn’t seem that sturdy in comparison to our old machine. The washing capabilities are good & easy to us. It isn’t silent but it is pretty quiet so happy with that

Our first washer dryer has been very quite and efficient. So far very happy. Didn't have a good experience in fitting as they left it in the middle and went. As their job is only to connect if any issue sort out yourself..

It is a lovely product but i found it hard to open, the instructions didnt include that. Also, the cycles didn’t run until i turned on the Homewhiz app. It’s quite complex to operate but my sister is happy with it and said it’s because that was the first time.

The spin cycle is really really noisy

I like the variety of programmes especially the short programmes for items that just need freshening but are not dirty. However I found the instruction leaflet very difficult to follow and have still not figured out how some programmes are accessed. I dont like the way water collects on the top of the door seal so that it needs to be wiped before clothes can be removed, even on the drying programme. I thought this might rectify itself with use but it has not.
