Uter rubbish I am now on my second new machine, and it still has the same fault, water all over the floor, and to say AO give poor customer service is no exaggeration, I have now been without a washing machine for nearly a month thanks to them and finally I have had enough and its going back with them giving me a full refund which I had to fight for, there offer of a £20 voucher if i spend £50 has been politely declined never buy anything from these jokers.

    Clothes don't dry

    1/5
Was really excited to get this washer dryer to make life a bit easier and free up space in my kitchen. Unfortunately first day of having it was a disaster. To have the clothes dry after a wash it has to be on 1400 spin... The whole machine cause everything on my sideboards to shake and fall off ! Also the washing times are SO LONG. 4/5 Hours... After all that the clothes came out soaking wet... Put them on a dry cycle again. Still wet. Put them on dry over and over all night and they were still wet ! I'm so upset as it cost alot of money and doesn't even work !

    Avoid this machine

    1/5
I had a dream that I save space by buying a washer dryer instead my 2 old appliences out of which one was broken. I have owned several Beko products for year and I have had no regrets. The first issues with this showed up at first use. The manual is very confusing. The 1400 rpm spin doesn't even spin as well as my old Beko washing machine's 1000 rpm. The drying times are ridiculously long and drying is partial. I tried a lot of different options on it and still often had to hang some of the pieces. I purchased this machine 7 months ago and since then I've had to trouble shoot and drag the machine out of its place and unclog the pipes several times. In a multiple pet household this is a very annoying vicious circle. Not buying again and not recommending at all. Back to separate washing machine and dryer and try to get rid of this.

    Not impressed

I've not even had this 6 months and I've had to call an engineer out 3 times, water leaks out of the door, the tumbler has started making banging sounds while spinning, and now I have water leaking out of the bottom of the machine absolute trash and not that cheap

    Leaking soap drawer.

Originally thought this was a fantastic machine, very intuitive to use and it worked as it should. However I found it extremely noisy during the spin cycle. I would’ve rated it 4* - However - Less than 1 month into ownership, I noticed drip marks from the drawer. Presumed my husband was sloshing the soap up the washing machine. Finally witnessed this wasn’t the case and the machine is leaking from the drawer. Going to have to arrange an engineer/replacement. Not too happy.
