Just brought this Beko washer dryer washes great but cannot find a simple drying cycle. Drying cycles are very long and clothing still comes out wet won't be recommending this washer dryer.

Darker than pictures, looks better. The app is junk. The machine runs very quietly. No option for dry only.

Great product for having your laundry washed and dried to acceptable level (the cycles are quite long though!). It took a little while to figure out how to work the functions. It has a Bluetooth function but I couldn't get it to connect with my phone (a bit disappointing as I was excited about that!). I have only had it for a few weeks so let's see how we go....

Disappointed. It needs to go back. 2 of the drying cycles don’t work. It’s leaked already. AO now giving the run around with Beko and not taking back a faulty product within 2 weeks of purchase. Not great. Beko need to confirm a fault which wastes my time and they only come out Monday to Friday. So AO owe me a days worth of pay to allow this engineer to come and tell them what I’ve told them already.

Good product but we find the cycles are longer than our old machine.

Used the Beko washer dryer for about 10 months and the product is just there. It has a lot of exciting features which made me buy it however washing and drying was constantly plagued by loud clunking noises and shaking which made washing a trepidating experience. Called Beko about 4 months into use and they were pleasant, came to do a major fix saying it was a manufacturing defect, but 10 months down the line, clunking and loud sounds worsened and the constant shaking has loosened bolts in my kitchen cabinet. The machine violently shakes and walked halfway across the kitchen, contacted Beko again who said it can't be fixed and offered a replacement.

This washer/dryer is great for space saving and for medium loads. I really like it. My 1st one Lasted 12 months and then stopped behaving. Would not complete cycles/ spin or dry. However I recommend ao 5 star. They supported , got engineers out and eventually Beko replaced it for new.

I’ve had this washing machine since January 2021. At first I was in love with everything about it. It washed my clothes brilliantly and it was so quiet. I never been able to successfully connect with the homewhiz app even though I contacted Ao who then told me to contact Beko. Beko had no idea how to connect themselves. I left it as it wasn’t a major issue for me now Fast forward to 10 months after having this machine. It leaks sometimes when there is a cycle on, it is very loud when spinning and occasionally when it’s washing. This is a big issue because I remember I used to double that the washing was on due to how quiet it was. Now it bangs terribly and scares my baby.
