Never had a washer dryer before and found this quite complicated, had to buy a washer bag for smalls as a face mask got stuck in the filter on the 1st wash so was a bit of a problem, also creases clothes when drying so needs ironing which is something I never had a problem with before with my condenser dryer, hoping I will get used to it and work it out, wouldn’t recommend unless you are tech savvy!

It's okay for the money. The fabric softener doesn't empty completely from the compartment, it's not very quiet but the dryer works well.

There were heavy leakings from the bottom of the door on the first wash. called customer service and waited for 2 weeks for replacement got delivered. the second one works so far so good. with ruined first impression, hard to rate this product more than 3 stars.

Good at washing but nightmare for drying, takes hours to dry fully. Wish I had got a separate washer and dryer

Nice looking but drum is quite small. Instruction manual is not simple and is difficult to work out which setting to use.

Does what it is meant to do. Good function to download other settings. Not impressed with the amount of water left in the door seal after a wash. Have to soak this up with a towel otherwise sure it would start to smell/cause mould.

Drum is smaller than I thought. Shakes a lot toward end of wash cycle. Dry times are long. App doesn’t work to use the ‘downloaded programme’ selection. Quick wash is good with options to change temp and spin speed.

A little dismayed by the capacity advertised, as it's a lot smaller than the 7kg washer dryer it was replacing. I think it's as a result of the huge inward dip in the door. Annoying for a family of 5, needing to split the washes out. However, washes very clean (washes are a little longer than I'd like) but overall a decent machine.
