No, no. Please, for the love of God, no.

Please, for the love of God, do not buy this machine. It jumps rattles and rolls all over the kitchen. I've honestly never seen anything like it. AO just pass you on to Beko who tell you that you're either a) underloading b) overloading or c) uneven loading and that you should stop it, empty it, separate washing and reload it. Obviously. Wish I'd never upgraded my old £50 secondhand washing machine! AO did eventually cancel and return my order for a full refund after initially offering me 50% to "buy it" back off me?!

    Lots of programmes, very quiet.

Really impressed with this Beko washer dryer. The programmes are easy to use. Can wash or dry separately. A great quick wash at 28 mins and a wash and dry programme for a couple of items of 40 mins. Very quiet and looks really smart. Great display and lots of choices of temp/spin . You can also choose a drying time of 30 mins but the next one is 1hr 30 mins where an hour one would be helpful too. Also can’t seem to always just pause the dryer to check or move items around as the door lock stays on so have to just stop the programme altogether. Overall a great product.

    Disappointing...

Shallow, small drum holds 1 king size duvet cover only. Poor spin, clothes very wet. Extra spin and drain programme adds extra water therefore washing is wetter than before. Very long wash/dry cycles with no option to dry only. Grey cable and plug on white appliance and pale blue outlet pipe holder. Modern good looking machine but sadly not fit for purpose. Fabulous customer service from AO.

Good value, decent machine with some issues

Pro’s: - Handy having a washer dryer for small spaces - Modern design, nice touchpad/buttons - Seems to clean my clothes well - Reasonably priced Cons: - It’s very very loud when spinning, more so than my previous washer that had the same 1400 max spin. - A puddle of water always forms in the seal, wetting the clothes I’ve just dried and I pull clothes out of the machine. - I have used a couple of dry functions, it takes absolutely ages to dry clothes and so far they come out very creased. I do like having the option of a dryer for urgent needs/bedding though. - The app asks for a lot of personal data, and you have to manually put it on smartphone setting… not ideal, probably won’t use the app anymore. I read that it connects to Alexa but I don’t believe that’s true. Overall for the price and compact size it’s reasonable, but if you have the space definitely go for separate washer and dryer. If your home is open plan and/or you work from home it’s a little too noisy. If you want a good washer with the option to dry occasionally, then this is ideal.

    Alright when working.

Very poor. Machine has been out of action twice since purchase. Each time it takes a week for Beko to get an engineer out and don't take out the insurance either, that doesn't cover the machine while it is still in manufactures warranty. So just wait till the first 12months is up before taking that out. When its working, its alright, but the timer has no bearing or relation to the actual time often finishing an hour later than it first predicts.

    Ideal for tight spaces.

The machine is a super choice if you lack depth to fit your appliance. Plenty of room for an upstand behind if you need one. This does mean a lack of depth in drum so makes it a little harder to close the door without items falling forward partly due also to the door angle. However it is great value for a washer dryer and ideal for a small household. I am an older purchaser and although the smart functions are beyond me( I don't have a smartphone) it has more than enough standard functions for me. All in all a great purchase. Very pleased. (PS my daughter wrote this for me on her smartphone:)

    Unbeatable value, highly recommended.

I write this review as both a customer and also as an experienced domestic appliance service engineer. In my opinion Beko currently produce easily the most under rated washing machines on the market. Make no mistake, these are not the same products as they were producing 10 years ago. I already own one of their fridge freezers and one of their dishwashers and when my own washer dryer recently became unserviceable after many years, I didn’t hesitate in going for the Beko. Good quality, excellent programme flexibility, quiet and a good dryer, which is really all you need from it (all washing machine give good wash performance if they are used properly). It has the ability to connect to your phone via bluetooth, which in my opinion is completely pointless, but then I just won’t be using that function. I can say with out any doubt in my mind that you will not currently get a better washer dryer for the money.

    Design fault

This machine has a half sized drum depth (front to back). It works well on a load of small items but major problem with a double sized duvet cover. There is simply not enough room in the drum. It tightly tangles the duvet cover up and then stops. You have to remove the item, untangle it when it’s soaking wet - no easy job - and reinsert to get it spun off. This must be a design fault. Only had this machine a couple of weeks and each time the same result no matter how carefully I load the said duvet cover. Not sure where I stand on this.
