Bit disappointed. Appliance is not compatible with the App, as advertised. The drying programmes are not what I would want - are too long, and dont dry. Even after 2 hours ! Bought it as advertised as Eco Friendly. But not really. The only programme that is ok is the Quick Wash. But not good for all clothing. Would send it back if I could.

I’m a fair critic and only remove stars for major issues. The unit generally works well as far as washer dryers go, however, it lost stars for: 1. The dried clothes are still a bit damp in some settings. 2. I really liked the Bluetooth feature, but I am not able to set it up by following the instructions supplied.

We purchased it back in February and after around 9 months of using it problems started. It was leaking water through everywhere when it was on drying mode. Part got changed but problem remained. Luckily amazing team from ao helped me out and so far everything is fine. I wouldn’t buy it again even if it was for free.

It’s definitely ok for the price! But, when it’s on spin, looks like drum will jump out of it ?? another thing after washing, it leaves a lot of water on the rubber, which needs wiping. Apart from that, it’s good washing machine, dries good as well.

Looks smart and quiet. Still struggling to use the dryer function to fully dry clothes. Currently they are still coming out warm and back

Pro’s: - Handy having a washer dryer for small spaces - Modern design, nice touchpad/buttons - Seems to clean my clothes well - Reasonably priced Cons: - It’s very very loud when spinning, more so than my previous washer that had the same 1400 max spin. - A puddle of water always forms in the seal, wetting the clothes I’ve just dried and I pull clothes out of the machine. - I have used a couple of dry functions, it takes absolutely ages to dry clothes and so far they come out very creased. I do like having the option of a dryer for urgent needs/bedding though. - The app asks for a lot of personal data, and you have to manually put it on smartphone setting… not ideal, probably won’t use the app anymore. I read that it connects to Alexa but I don’t believe that’s true. Overall for the price and compact size it’s reasonable, but if you have the space definitely go for separate washer and dryer. If your home is open plan and/or you work from home it’s a little too noisy. If you want a good washer with the option to dry occasionally, then this is ideal.

Sometimes the timer is wrong. The watching machine is hard to stop

Machine looks good and seems to perform OK but the instructions are less than useless. No problem with ao or delivery, but the lack of decent advice for usage means that I will not be buying Beko again.
