The drum is quite small so can’t do a big load of washing and the dryer takes a long time to dry even the little of things, and I’m now waiting for an engineer as the drum has came loose only after 2 uses

To be honest I was hoping for better results with the steam injection and anti crease technology described, but my washing is coming out more creased than with my old machine making my ironing load even worse than ever!

Quite noisy especially on fast spin. Seems to take a lot longer on the drying than is displayed on the screen.

Basically doesn't dry anything despite multiple attempts with small loads, good washing machine though

Complicated programming . The dispenser drawer is only short as well so if putting under a work top check it is going to open fully to be able to add powder. Door sits proud of the front of the machine as well.

Product is overall good only issue is in spinning cycle noise is not as quiet as mentioned in dba rating. Also size is 7 kg but drum size is quite small compared to 8 kg model though difference is just 1kg. Product dimension is correct but door design feels like it is open

Water sits in the rubber after wash very noisy spin and clothes very damp after 1400 spin Looks good easy to program

Fairly easy to use washer dryer, not too loud although during the first few washes it sounded like there might have been something loose in there but that eventually went away. The program lengths are a little long and the Bluetooth function is confusing, even for someone who’s good with technology so we avoid using it altogether. All in all, it’s a good option for a small household on a budget.
