At first thought this would be a good washer/dryer. Bought 21 Oct, did not use it much in first couple of months, last 2 months started using normally and the programs started to go funny, stopped or change to another program mid use. Tried reset by turning off at mains but no joy still keep changing program mid use. Can't use the maintenance program, kept stopping. Only ones that can work normally are hand wash and quick wash. Frustrating and annoying. Had misgivings about buying 'smart' appliances, this really is not smart at all. Never again.

This machine has a half sized drum depth (front to back). It works well on a load of small items but major problem with a double sized duvet cover. There is simply not enough room in the drum. It tightly tangles the duvet cover up and then stops. You have to remove the item, untangle it when it’s soaking wet - no easy job - and reinsert to get it spun off. This must be a design fault. Only had this machine a couple of weeks and each time the same result no matter how carefully I load the said duvet cover. Not sure where I stand on this.

Water pipe not rubberised at either end so slowly leaked for a week before we noticed wooden floor warping (fixed pipe with ptfe tape but floor ruined). Underneath the filter is a curved edge so even with a tray to catch water it runs underneath machine and floods floor. Door gasket is odd shape so water pools on the lip and you need to dry it before removing clothes every time. Can't set on low temp drying so clothes way too hot and shrinkage has occurred. We hope to return this.

Very quiet while washing but turns into a vibrating, shaking, loud demon of a washing machine when spinning. It was installed by the AO team and re-levelled by another, so I'd assume the installation can't be wrong: it's just a poor quality product. Definitely not suitable for flats with neighbours below and next to you. Additionally, not a major issue, but the bluetooth app allowing to download additional programmes does not work. I don't recommend it and will be returning it.

Only had it a week but a bit disappointed, not with the machine itself as the basic functionality is great. But it comes with the HomeWhiz app to let you remotely control & download new programs. Unfortunately the machine won’t connect to the app. Looking at the app reviews this is extremely common problem with the app. If I had know would of got a different machine. Almost tempted to send this one back

Incredibly noisy when it spins. Doesn’t allow you to choose different temperature of drying.

Only used item a few times & Item seemed ok but have noticed that the tumble dryer has shrunk a few items of clothing & t-shirts have come out with the seems all twisted! ??thecc The washing of the clothes - no complaint.

It makes a lot off noise. I'm afraid the machine is going to be damaged. So, I'm not running most of the recipes, because they need up to 1400 rpm. Also, I can't run it in the evenings. Now, I run it now at 600 rpm but it still makes noise... scary!
