Bought November 2022. We have had a similar experience to an earlier reviewer. The drying programme developed a fault one month out of the one-year warranty. An engineer told us today that the main board would need replacing at a cost of several hundred pounds - almost as much as we paid for the machine. I guess a one-year warranty doesn't say much about the manufacturer's faith in the appliance.

Water pipe not rubberised at either end so slowly leaked for a week before we noticed wooden floor warping (fixed pipe with ptfe tape but floor ruined). Underneath the filter is a curved edge so even with a tray to catch water it runs underneath machine and floods floor. Door gasket is odd shape so water pools on the lip and you need to dry it before removing clothes every time. Can't set on low temp drying so clothes way too hot and shrinkage has occurred. We hope to return this.

It makes a lot off noise. I'm afraid the machine is going to be damaged. So, I'm not running most of the recipes, because they need up to 1400 rpm. Also, I can't run it in the evenings. Now, I run it now at 600 rpm but it still makes noise... scary!

Outstanding performance on my new beko washer/dryer and would highly recommend to anyone, love the way i can remotely use my washer/dryer via the app from my mobile phone, it's such a nice quiet cycle everytime i use it. I so prefer the 2 in 1 to the single separates of both

Really pleased so far. It has a good range of programs and is quite quiet. The quick wash is only 28 minutes so ideal when getting uniforms clean for the next day. It also has a drain and rinse option which is only 12 minutes. All programs can be shortened and it tells you how long is left. Drying cycles perform well which is not always the case for washer dryers. Down side is that it is not intuitive how to make some aspects work so need to read the manual which is loooong with small print! Haven't had it that long but seems good so far and a fair price.

The instructions are not the best, I found them confusing and not at all clear, there doesn't seem be any help with this product. Not impressed with the drier or maybe we have been used to a tumble drier that seems to be a lot quicker!

Perfectly fine machine. Very quiet (kept in utility room and don't hear it in the house). It does take a lot longer to run each cycle than it says, and has jumped around a little when washing heavier loads like bedding.

I live in a flat with no garden, so I needed something that could dry my clothes efficiently, and economically. This product has gone beyond my expectations, it's brilliant. Put clothes in dirty, and pull them out like they have been ironed. Magic! This is also a very shallow machine too (short in depth), meaning it will fit in the most modest spaces. If all of that wasn't reason enough to buy this, it is also a good looking machine too.
