The drum is quite small so can’t do a big load of washing and the dryer takes a long time to dry even the little of things, and I’m now waiting for an engineer as the drum has came loose only after 2 uses

Great especially for the price

Delivery was great, the washer looks good. Only problem - my clothes are very creased after I use the dryer.

It is very simple to use and its cleans and drys clothes well. I have noticed that I've had to leave it to dry longer than the program usually does. I have not managed to use the bluetooth functionality yet as its refuses to connect to my phone, maybe because I have an android? Not much help for this online either

Outstanding performance on my new beko washer/dryer and would highly recommend to anyone, love the way i can remotely use my washer/dryer via the app from my mobile phone, it's such a nice quiet cycle everytime i use it. I so prefer the 2 in 1 to the single separates of both

No problems so far - cleaning and drying well and really quiet! Best looking machine I have ever had.
