Brilliant service really good delivery people very helpfull

Lovely looking machine. Lots of features, only used a few so far but very quiet. Very impressed

Beautiful machine. Cleans efficiently. Drying in Cotton mode takes 5 hours thou.

Excellent product. Lots of different and usable programmes, including very good drying programmes, much better than my last washer dryer. Takes a good sized load for both wash and dry.

It's ok but doesn't quite dry your clothes but that could be any washer dryer.

Honestly, I would love to give a review but the day it was installed was the day it stopped working. Had to wait for a week until an Engineer could come and am still waiting a week later for the 'brain' piece that will fix it. Surely a critical piece like a 'brain' should come fully installed with a new device! Unfortunately it was also very difficult to speak with AO to resolve this and spent hours on hold and they were passing blame to Samsung and vice versa. Honestly just really bad experience.

The product is great. Quiet, quick, lots of settings without being fiddly or complicated to use. Can't recommend it enough. I did have two problems in two days with AO's installation service: the oven and the washer-dryer both didn't work/leaked after they were installed and I had to call someone back to fix them on both occasions. AO did refund the cost of the service, though.

Looks really smart and dries clothes very well. Can be slightly loud at times.
