Great washer dryer, quiet and dryer is much better than my old indesit. Comes with a 5 year parts and labour warranty too.

After initial poor guidance form a local handyman, AO were so helpful and delivered the dryer for me the very next day! It's quiet, and after watching my smart meter seemingly economic to run too! 10/10 :0)

I bought a Samsung washing machine for my elderly mother a couple of months ago very impressed so quiet and easy to use so I bought myself a new Samsung washer dryer you hardly notice it’s on so quiet would definitely recommend Samsung and will buy samsung products again in the future

I started using straight away, and so far no issues. I've only used 4 off the wash cycles, but not the most important one I.e. the drying cycle, because we were in middle off a heatwave and my flat is hot enough to dry two loads on rack which it did. That is the only reason why I've given 4*. It's very sleek looking, futuristic, nice drum, nice clear display, and quiet as a mouse, and why am washing a load after midnight :) My only issue is she is a show off - playing a tune after each cycle has completed. Cool!

I bought this one to replace my 11 year old Samsung washing machine and decided to try the combined washer/dryer this time. Wow, cant believe how quiet washing machines are now, I had to open the utility room door to check if it was still going. My old one sounded like I had a boeing landing in my kitchen. Couple annoying things I don't like about this machine is how long it takes the door to unlock when you stop it mid drying cycle. so you need to plan an extra 5-10 minutes just for it to open if you are doing an emergency dry for anything which sort of defeats the object and not sure why it needs to take so long.....The eco cycle is also over 2 hours, so I have to use the mixed wash cycle to get it down to an hour because all the rest of the cycles are much longer. It would be nice if it had an eco short cycle option. Other then those couple issues though, I am very happy with it and still gets a thumbs up from me.

Very good and easy to use. Plays a very long song when it’s finished it’s cycle which was funny for the first week

A great product that seems to work well. It was easy to install and so far we have not had any problems using the functions.

Great delivery and great product. Have only used the washing function a couple of times but clothes come out very well cleaned. The drying function is also good. Machine gives out a new product smell when in use, which isn't a bad thing and I am sure will fade with time. Love the little tune that is played when the wash has finished. Delivery was handled well and easy to track.
