Purchased this washing machine in February 2021 and by June 2021 it has broken. It starts a cycle and then stops with an error code for the door lock after about 20 minutes. We had a Samsung engineer come and change the door lock and again after he left it was still displaying the error message. It's then a faff trying to get the engineer to come again as it has to go through Samsung via another company called Group FX, we've been without a working washing machine for a month! Do not buy

Turns out our old smaller damaged washing machine is better than this. Whilst drying socks will 90% of the time. End up sitting in the rim of the door and thus don't get dried properly. When draining after a wash children's socks will get sucked through into the filter blocking the machine and causing an error. But trying to empty this filter is impossible when this has happened without flooding your kitchen because it is of course at the very bottom of the machine hidden behind a small push click door. If it ever gets blocked the machine makes more noise than anything I've ever heard. That being said, it's a stylish machine and it is very quiet when it's working properly. Just don't wash any small socks in this and you might be alright.

Product is spot on, really good value for money and has a premium feel. Unfortunately the numpty dropping it off managed to dent the side

Love the new washerdryer, so many different settings I've been attempting to test. Also, the dryer part of the machine is very good, I've often found them to not work as well as a normal tumble dryer, but that's not the case with this machine.

I am quite happy with my washer/dryer. It's very quiet and it has no display lights showing, it saves on my electric bill. The only thing I will say is that some wash programs are far to long. I am not happy with the drying cycle which is 6 hours long.

Fantastic washer dryer. Not as silent as I thought it would be but quieter than my old one. I found that selecting a wash, then once finished selecting a dry cycle is quicker, than all at once. Cosmetic design is very appealing. Looks sleek and lavish. AO.com, from purchase to delivery, service was 100%. Last thoughts….it was worth every penny!

Looks very good, futuristic! Works very well too. Has various smart programmes, but also very easy short run programmes. Also came with a 5 year extended warranty, which for a product like a washing machine is invaluable..

I’ve only used 3 of the programs so far but really pleased with the washer/dryer to date, it’s extremely quiet, looks fantastic and matches my graphite Samsung fridge/freezer. I’ve found it easy to use (only having to refer to the instructions a couple of times) the machine has a couple of unique features (air wash to freshen smelly clothes and drum clean with a reminder ever 40 washes) and I’m loving the merry jingle at the end of the cycle.
