Very quiet with good programme options that leave our clothes clean and dry! I would definitely recommend this item.

My washer/dryer broke Saturday. I ordered on AO Saturday morning, it was delivered Sunday midday. This machine has been a game changer! It is eons ahead of my previous one and a lot cheaper when looking at the overall outlay and running costs. There’s a selection of cycles which are actually useful so I do use them which is a first for me. The machine itself has an understated vibe which would be sexy in any kitchen and it is shhhhh…. Oh so quite….except for a little tune at the end. Love it.

I’ve had the machine for a week and I have to say it’s brilliant. It’s extremely quiet when washing and drying. Really easy to use with all the popular programmes catered for AND you can tweak your options to suit. I was reluctant to have another washer dryer but was unable to have separate appliances but I am really impressed with this machine (and I am quite picky).

Had this washing machine 1 week and love it so far. The machine is quiet, it's easy to use and looks great. I love that the door is tinted. I wanted a machine that had multiple cycle's and timings. The clothes feel so clean and they dry quicker due to the terrific spin cycle. I've not tried the dryer yet. AO were fantastic to deal with, the installers were polite, efficient and had great communication and they took my old machine away! Really please with the whole process and love my new washer dryer.

We have never owned a Samsung washing machine before and this machine is brand new. As a result it’s too early to give a proper review. So far, the good points. It appears good quality and is very, very quiet. There are many wash and, on this machine dry options available, maybe too many. However it appears reasonably simple to use and will no doubt get easier. Being of the ‘older generation’ modern machines have so many computerised options, this machine proves the point. The negatives. The most used option in our household is the quick wash function. The problem with it, and with all the others is when you set up the preferred option (from many) it is not stored. This means that each time you carry out a wash, the options have to be reprogrammed. A minor point I know but it is a bit annoying. In conclusion, this machine appears good quality and is extremely quiet. It has so many options which will most likely appeal to many people. Personally, we can definitely recommend it and hopefully it will give many years of sterling service. Great service from AO to boot.

Washing machine seems fine, time will tell if Samsung is still the brand to buy as I’ve owned another one in the past which has been good hence purchasing this brand. With a 5 year warranty it is backed by Samsung so it should be reliable.

Prompt delivery of washing machine. The drivers who delivered the machine were very professional and kept me up to date of the estimated time of delivery. The washing machine itself is silent and so far compared to my very old machine previously, doesn’t shrink cotton. Only downside is the dryer. It is quite loud and laundry doesn’t appear to be as dry as I would have thought.
