Roomy, quiet when working but has an an annoying habit of the alarm continuing after the door is shut. Overall very pleased with purchase.

Excellent. Big enough a freezer for a large family Quiet and chills quickly. Excellent value and being frost free a massive bonus It's my 3rd Hotpoint freezer and 11th hotpoint appliance.

Hotpoint been out to fix it freezing up 4 times and then took it back and I had a replacement freezer from EO .com

Elegant and efficient. Bleeps if door is opened for extended periods but this can be muted until correct temperature is reached. Plenty of space inside.

Really pleased with this; acres of space, sleek and clean design, and quiet. Only issue for me is that it's a little stiff to pull the door open.

Overall it's a great freezer. Unlike my old one, also a Hotpoint, the controls are on the inside of the freezer so you have to open the door to see them which takes some getting used to. I find the door is hard to open but conversely this means the seal is good so I'm not complaining about that. It is doing all it should so far so no regrets.
