Only had this oven 2 days and hate it already! The cooling fan is on whatever setting you are using -grilling and top oven. It is very noisy - its giving me a headache and you get a blast of cool air all the time which is not great when you walk past the oven or are checking on food? And the fan runs for ages after turning off the oven. Not great that you have to listen to this when you are eating! The top oven grill pan cannot go on the top shelf as there is a hook at the back preventing this so the food you are grilling is a long way for the grill element. Have had Neff oven before which I loved, so far this is disappointing.

Bought as I had a Nef double oven before which I loved. House move meant I head to leave behind. Quality is not what it used to be and the handles no longer have the soft rolling feature and many other previous options are no longer available. Having said that it works well as far as I have used since purchase. Warms up quickly, and cooks very evenly and cleans easily with warm water, so good so far. Top oven no longer accommodates the pull out rails which is a great shame. Trusting that longevity will be as good as last one which was bought 20 years ago.

The fan runs during grilling which means grilling takes longer and does not crisp the outside, and the door has to be closed- it’s more like an oven function.

High quality oven. Still not sure about the grill and it does not come with a grill pan. Dials are a little small for me to see and the pictures not readily obvious what they are for without reference to the manual. Friendly professional delivery team.

Love this oven already. Heats up super fast, cooks evenly. It’s quiet and well lit. Instructions are not easy to follow as it has many functions. Down side, no separate grill pan included for a top of the range oven. I expected that to be included. You also have to grill with the door closed, which isn’t clear in the instructions. However, so far everything has come out perfectly cooked and I’m looking forward to it cleaning itself when it needs a clean. Haven’t used the meat probe yet either.

Really classy looking oven with some great gadgetry for the price. Like the speedy warm up function and the ability to put a meat probe in and connect it to the cooking time and set up. The only downside to this is that the meat probe and wire take up a lot of the large oven space so limited to cooking other items at the same time.

Nice oven but impossible to fix telescopic rails in the small top oven (Grill) Old Neff oven that broke had this feature, so lose 1 star

Love the product. The Home connect team were really helpful, and got my WIFI oven up and running.
