Terrible product, bought just 4 months ago - temperature control does not seem to be working - spills fountain of scaling water and the lid is wobbly already.

Quick to boil and has 3 temperatures to boil your water and a keep warm setting , but is VERY Noisy When boiling!!!! You need ear defenders!!

Good product but the first one I had developed problem with thermostat, however AO replaced under warranty straight away

Very smart Kettle, but as it was not photograph well regarding internal, or described. l didn’t realise that it had plastic sides apart from the base which was steel. I prefer an all steel internal kettle. So l didn’t use it! So can’t comment on it otherwise. Needless to say it was returned.

Whilst this kettle looks fabulous and can be set for different water temperatures - there is a slight taste to my coffee which bothers me. I followed al the procedures advised prior to first cuppa. This kettle replaced a Bosch stainless steel - inside and out, and I thought I had researched this kettle thoroughly as I did not want a plastic interior.. if I could return it I would but will now look for stainless steel interior kettles - not many of them about.

it is a very good kettle

This is the third kettle I have bought which matches my toaster. The first kettle lasted 7 years. The second only 3 years. I hope the new one lasts longer. Overall it is a good kettle.

Got it as a like-for-like replacement as I liked the last one. Not cheap but I like the fact you can set it to heat up to 90°
