I bought one when they first came out unfortunately it just came out of its warranty when the heating element packed up so can only toast one side at a time then turn bread round. Searched for a element to replace it but can find for other makes but no spares for smeg. I still use it as I have the matching kettle and because it cost so much I can't bare to throw it away.

This toaster is an excellent product, well worth the extra expense. Stylish, modern and practical. Easy to use, easy to adjust for any degree of "browning".

I love this toaster it looks great in kitchen and toasts perfectly would definitely recommend. I spent ages deciding on whether to buy or not because of the price but well worth it.

It is so beautiful, looks perfect in our kitchen, with the matching kettle. 100% worth the money! AO were the cheapest I could find anywhere, with quick delivery, and very helpful delivery men.
