As soon as this Toaster arrived I was not particularly taken with its quality. For the price payed for the size of this toaster, you really expect to be getting your moneys worth in quality which unfortunately this just isn't. The design impact initially is sleek which is why I'd opted for it. But the actual body work and functions feel cheap and flimsy. The pop up function literally didn't work off the bat and was intermittent when releasing the bread from the grill and frequently get jammed. Like other reviews I found the actual toasting was uneven and dramatically varied between individual 'toasting's' when the dial hadn't even been touched. AO kindly exchanged product and will hopefully have a better time with the cheaper version with better reviews. Overall, don't waste your time or your money.

Not up to the quality one would expect from Bosch Toasting is very inconsistent, using slices of bread from the same loaf on the same setting the results are very different. I would not recommend.

Okay little toaster, doesn’t toast the top of slices as well as rest and doesn’t look as good quality as the matching kettle but overall, not a bad little toaster.

So far so good, mechanics are stable

Actually toasts evenly! Also, the bread pops up nice and high so you can get hold of it easily. Even small waffles pop up, used to have to stick a knife in my old toaster to retrieve them, after turning the electric off of course!

It’s a perfect size

Really wanted this toaster as it matches my kettle. Two slice is fine for me and my husband. Toaster came with clear operating instructions so toast is just right no matter which type of bread is used. Now use it every day.

Great product, toasts perfectly.
