I am so pleased with my new coffee machine. The machine is easy to use and produces perfect coffee in various flavours. The machine is very stylish and looks great in my kitchen. I would highly recommend it to all coffee lovers.

The serving sizes are SMALL. Even on the xl drinks capsules you will barely get 3/4 of a mug. The hot chocolate is just under half a mug. If you order large coffees from Costa then this is not for you. The taste of the drinks I’ve had so far has been excellent though, and it it’s really quick and easy to use. Shame about the child portions.

Not impressed, theres a loud clunking noise when it starts , the water is not very hot and i think im gonna send it back !

The machine itself is easy to use and does what it is designed to do for sure....the problem is the coffee that comes in the pods eugh!- for a coffee lover it was a horrible experience nothing like the coffee actually served in the well known coffee chain that has paired up with this brand. If you love someone enough to buy them a present and that someone loves coffee- buy them a percolator and let them use the coffee that they know that they love!

I have only give this machine a three as the first time I used it I lifted the lid to take out the spent coffee pod and there was a big blue flash came from the back of the appliance and tripped the whole house, since then it has worked everytime so we will wait to see what happens next.

Well made however needs quite a lot of experiment to get enjoyable drinks, milk pods have a unique taste and coffee is really strong after 4 trials have now found the right variables for myself - so don't give up if you don't like the first cuppa out of the machine!
