My meals have transformed with this new hob. It cooks so well and evenly, I'm so glad I paid a little more for a quality hob. It feels far safer than my old one too - the flames are even and controlled, and it has automatic off functions if you accidently turn the gas on.

Nice attractive hob. The knobs are a bit cheap looking, plastic rather than stainless steel. Also the stainless steel surface of the hob looks like it may be prone to scratching

Thhis is a brilliant hob. Easy to fit and use. Looks lovely in the new kitchen. Not sure how the cleaning side if it will go as had t9 wipe it twice after cooking and it left a few water marks. Flame size are good and cooks food quickly and efficiently

We bought this hob 10 months ago. We were upgrading a Neff hob we’d had for 20 yrs. from day one the stainless steel surface became damaged by the cast iron pot supports. It also developed scratches and marks that are unexplainable. We know how to care for a stainless steel hob and have done so successfully for many years. When I complained to Neff, all they offered was somebody to come and give us advice on care and/or repair of the damage. This would have been a waste of time. Their attitude was not helpful and only vaguely apologetic. In my opinion the design and quality of this hob is very poor. I would not recommend it.

This was a replacement for my last Neff hob which I had run into the ground after 10years. Very stylish and user friendly.

First of all thank you AO for providing an amazing first class service. Our hob was delivered on time with a courtesy communication that it is on its way. We are very happy with the hob it is just at the right size for versatile cooking of any form. Easy to install and packed full of features, easy to clean and easy enough to use. Definatley recommend the product.
