I especially chose this hob for two reasons, one is the fact that it's made of glass hence easy to clean and two because as opposed to other hobs which have a different design to the cast-iron support and your pots risk falling through the big gaps if you accidentally nudged them beyond the flame area - that's not gonna happen with this baby and I'm loving it. It looks great and is among the finest hobs out there, I am told by my gas engineer.

Looks and practically, this hob has it all. The black glass goes well with my work surface and the sturdy pan supports prevent any rocking of pans. Love it.

Heats up very quickly, haven't used the timer function yet,or the clean function, as I've only had it installed for a week,but love the slide and hide , so there is no chance of hitting the door while grilling. Looks great .

A good sturdy hob, which isn't tinny and has solid switches that don't feel like they'll snap. Ideal for the larger family.

Beautifully sleek hob. Cast iron grids make for a very sturdy surface. The grids in the middle are excellent for resting things off the heat. Each burner has its own removable grid, making cleaning very easy. Excellent service from AO. Fast and efficient delivery

After 5 years of living with our inherited neff hob (house bought 2015 and kitchen refitted after 3 months except for retained hob) which was beginning to fail, the replacement is all we could have wished for. No more sudden switching off in the middle of cooking. Joy!
