So far they seem very pleased with it.I am certain they would have come back to me if not happy in any way

I bought all NEFF products- double oven, hob and hood. A number of friend had products from NEFF and I believed it was a name associated with quality but not this product. when cleaning, no matter what you use, the surface ends up scratched. This is only 2 weeks old but already looks worse than my 13 year old Belling hob. Go back after 5 minutes and it looks dirty again. The cast iron supports are the same, get any mark or cooking stain on them and they do not look as good again. The gas covers fall off any time you touch the hob. I went to register the products but when my builder installed these he inadvertently through out the product sheets. I contacted NEFF customer service with regards to this. They directed me to Registration, surely that is the job of customer service. Now i have to start over again.

I absolutely love this hob! It's modern, stylish and has a lovely stainless steel finish. The quality is superb! I particularly like the cast iron pan supports, they're strong and sturdy, able to withstand the heaviest of pans. However they are a little tricky to keep clean. The dials which control the gas burners feel strong and are easy to use. The automatic ignition function is brilliant. Overall I'd highly recommend this hob!

This hob replaces a hob without flame failure protection. Flame failure now shuts off the gas supply quickly. Build quality OK but I would have preferred better seal arrangements to my worktop.

great hob only small niggle, the pan supports are not easy to clean very rough.

Very pleased with this hob. It replaced one which was very similar and a Neff. I can see the updates on this hob which have been an improvement although I was very happy with my old one. The pot rests are lower and more stable, the knobs are chunky and easy to turn. It looks good and works well. Price was very reasonable.

overall good quality but we are already getting flame stains which don't come off,, other than that it is working all good.

I replaced a very cheap old gas hob and am so delighted with the simple pure quality of my new one.
