The oven hasn’t worked properly from day 1. Keeps on turning itself off at different durations through the cooking process, and is not fit for purpose. It’s utterly useless! Several spoiled dinners.

Looks ok, fan quiet ... like the telescopic shelf although have moved it to be more useful. Don't like that it isn't as good build quality of it predecessor which we had for 19 years, also doesn't have as many shelf level options either ... wonder if this one will last as long!

I had a Diplomat gas oven for 13 years that was made by Stoves. The build quality and the oven do not seem of as good a quality of the ovens that they made 10 plus years ago. The steel seems very thin and flimsy for an expensive oven..

A smart looking oven nice large cavity however the shelf configuration seems a bit strange and the telescopic shelf is a bit of a nuisance to be honest. It does cook beautifully but not having a fan things seem to take longer. Saying this it’s fast to heat up and efficient.

Good size oven compared to others, comes with two racks and a tray. Looks lovely in our kitchen. Haven't used it yet, so unable to comment on that, hence only four stars at this time.. Like everything these days, cones with a digital clock that is constantly on, using electricity.

Whilst we have not yet put the oven in its final built in position, my wife and I are impressed with what we have seen so far. The oven functionality first attracted us and on delivery the grill and the gas oven, with its safe, controlled pull out shelf, added to the enthusiasm. We haven’t observed any demerits but to repeat it is yet to be installed in situ.

Had to change my view about my cooker because the company is helping me with A problem after the first use but other wise am still happy with it great response from lady and gent on phone

A little disappointed with the size of the oven , but I did want gas so was very limited on choice . the oven doesn't keep trying to light itself , you have to hold the control knob in until it lights , which in this day and age seems very primitive , also the telescopic shelf isn't easy to re-fit in different places and the other shelves are easy to pull out completely by accident , Its an ok oven its not great .......but it has reduced my ridiculous electricity bills by a lot as gas is 5p per KWH roughly and electric is 15p so I will put up with it .......its not terrible ,but its not amazing
