Needed a drinks fridge for the obligatory man cave?? found this swan unit on AO, just what we wanted and on budget, upon receiving it, cleared out and set it up the man cave, followed instructions for first time use, excellent little fridge gets very cold just right for the beers during the football, plenty of space for all those different drinks Brit cans or bottles. A 2 year guarantee to top it off, great, only 1 downside is the light unit, not very bright, but that is a minor issue.

Unfortunately the cooler broke on the day of delivery. I think basically the item is good but as Swan hasn’t yet repaired or sent a replacement I can’t actually use it. When we switched on the cooler the switch fell out, gave me an electric shock and blew the plug socket. I contacted swan on the day, they sent out an engineer a few days later who did nothing! Despite explaining quite clearly what the problem was he turned up without the part to repair it, he left saying that someone would contact me, that was 6 days ago and still nothing. So basically if the cooler actually worked I’m sure it great, but I wouldn’t know!

the product is great but the packaging form the manufacturer was not sufficient the condenser tray was broken i found after unwrapping i repaired it. I have informed AO but no reply or drip tray yet

Storage space is good but the light inside is rubbish. Does not even light up the fridge

The fridge is dark inside, the light isn’t really strong enough to see what’s inside.

Takes at least 30 hours to get cold after switch on and the light is useless

Seems to do a decent job, high setting gets very cold - we set at the mid setting and this works for us

We bought this after our older cooler does, but didn't want to go for a like for like mid range 60cm wine cooler. For the price this wine cooler does a reasonable job. It's quite lightweight, making it easy to put in place but also prone to a bit of wobble if someone is heavy handed with the door. Temperature control is a dial which indicates how much cooling, not the temperature (IE setting 5 is colder than setting 1). Easy to move wire shelves, and a clean style makes it fit in.
