    Very disappointed with product

    2/5
Wouldn’t recommend this product! Although has some good features we are very disappointed with this product. Top tray is very awkwardly set out, can’t put much in. Cutlery basket is very small. Made a terrible smell after the 1st use which won’t go away! Smells like petrol!

Good but not a patch on the original

    3/5
Purchased to replace an 18 year old Bosch dishwasher. Loads more programmes and I particularly like the extra dry feature but overall my old dishwasher was better. I don't like the "hook" on the top shelf that makes it clunky to pull out and push back in. Cannot see the point in this at all but also cannot be removed unfortunately. It does what I need it to do and I love Bosch - if this one lasts as long as my original then I will be happy,

    Disppointing replacement for older model

    3/5
Disappointed. Bought to replace previous integrated Bosch slimline model (SRV43M03GB/44), which we'd had for 11 years but had developed a fault which made repair uneconomical. External dismensions are the same, and notionally it is still a 9-place dishwasher. However, it is a lot smaller internally and cannot fit the same amount of stuff which we used to load it with. Top drawer sticks when you pull it out, which seems to be a design feature. There is now a tray on the top drawer for the tablets to fall into, which is new, and reduces the size of the tray. It also doesn't start automatically; there's an extra button to push. Presumably linked to the fact that you can delay the start. On the plus side, you do get to download an app which allows you to start the unit remotely. Woo-hoo! Doesn't do the loading, though. And there's a light which shines on the floor to let you know it's still working. Overall, if we'd had looked at it in a shop, we'd probably have made a different choice.

    OK but

The design of the top tray could be a lot more user friendly, who uses small cups these days. The folding top racks obscure the area below.

Great dishwasher, impossible to connect to internet.

    3/5
It’s a great dishwasher, but the wifi capability may as well be a rubix-cube (I am very tech savvy by the way) but I’ve given up trying to find a way to connect it to my Alexa/ wifi.

    Quiet but disappointing capacity

    3/5
Cleans well, and quiet. The one disappointment is that capacity in the top rack is poorer than my previous slimline dishwasher. I also miss having a really short cycle to run, especially given more limited capacity.

    Works well but feels cheap

    3/5
Seems to work ok but I was disappointed at the build quality it seems to have been made cheaply for instance there is no overall steel case around the machine. Wifi seems a bit of a gimmick and I get now regular emails in German!. This may just be a settings issue that I need to resolve. Also, door hinges are not adjustable this has made getting the door to clear the plinth painfull!

Good dishwasher, god knows how to connect it to wifi.

    3/5
It's ok, but the wifi connectivity is like trying to solve a rubix cube (still haven't figured out how to connect it and i'm pretty good with tech), the instructions seem generalistic and not specific to the device or model number. As a regular dishwasher it does the job although a little on the loud side.
