Excellent, easy to use. Quiet when running. Excellent clean. Doesn’t have a dedicated shelf for cutlery but does have one for sharp knives. Great size - certainly takes a lot more than our last dishwasher. Would recommend. Also excellent fitting service from AO.

Immediately after installing this dishwasher an error code appeared on the screen indicating that there was a fault with the automatic valve in the water feed hose. As the product was brand new and still under guarantee it was fixed within 3 days without a fee by a qualified Bosch technician. But this does bring into question quality control. The machine had clearly been tested before being sent out as it was wet inside when we got it but evidently not tested thoroughly enough. Our previous Bosch dishwasher had served us unfailingly almost everyday for 15 years so we have great faith in the brand. Hopefully this was unfortunate hiccup and we won’t have any further problems. Broken water feed pipe aside, the dishwasher is now working well. It seems quite quiet and there are numerous wash programmes to choose from. The only slight frustration was that the waste water pipe on this dishwasher was about 50 or 60 cm shorter than the previous one so I needed to buy an extension before I could I run the machine.

Love some of the smart features really is quiet and cleans well. Only downside is when cutlery drawer is in it uses a lot of space. Overall very satisfied.

Had it a week now. Washes beautifully and is very quiet, BUT installation instructions for fitting the integrated door are a nightmare - even when you're an expert DIYer and you've fitted them before, so it will take you 2 - 3 hours to fit it.

It does exactly what you would expect of a Bosch dishwasher. Every5hing is clean and dry and the machine is quiet and efficient
