Does a brilliant job cleaning, but the bottom drawer isn't deep enough for large plates. Anything larger than a medium sized dinner plate will foul the spray arm and stop it rotating. Would be better with a shallower top drawer, to allow more space below the middle drawer (for the bottom drawer).

This machine looks great and washes very well. It also runs incredibly quietly. But despite being advertised as holding "13 place settings", it can hold - at best - 4 place settings. The interior racks have been very badly designed, resulting in very few items fitting inside the machine. To suggest that it will hold 13 plates up to 31" in diameter is just ridiculous, because it simply will not do so. 13 large plates, 13 bowls, 13 small plates, 13 cups, 13 drinking glasses - all in one cycle? I have queried this with Bosch UK and their response was to basically say that it's "not their problem". I would avoid this machine at all costs and instead look at an alternative manufacturer for your dishwashing requirements.

Overall great so far, apart from a burning smell during the heating phase of each cycle, apparently that fades over time. The wifi and App function is pretty good!

I paid more for this Bosch dishwasher than some lesser models because it had three drawers and a cutlery basket, was better rated and significantly quieter. The range of programmes is probably more than you'd ever need and really just variations around pre rinse or not, temperature and time. I'm just using eco as the main difference is time and if you are putting it on in the evening, time isn't a problem. The astounding difference is how quiet it is. You have to listen carefully to be able to hear anything is happening when you turn it on. The shelves are very well paid and feel that they should last well. It cleans fine, but so did my old Bosch machine for 22 years.

Only used 2 settings so far but everything cleaner than our 9 year old dishwasher which decided to have an electrical fault ! The new one is very quiet and thoroughly cleans all that goes in Excellent

Good capacity and cleans and dries well. Like the top third tray. Very quiet and good energy rating.

Works very well. Cleans and dries. Talks to your phone. Plastic comes out dry when you use the Extra Dry setting. We couldn't fit in some of our big plates and glasses, but its better when you remove some of the optional plastic parts in the baskets.

I went back to Bosch after having a couple of different manufacturers models since my first one. That lasted thirteen years! Being honest, this model is a lot of money but it really does clean dishes extremely well. The intensity wash jets on the middle rack cleaned a roasting tray effortlessly and crockery, cutlery and even plastic bowls are bone dry at the end of the cycle. Add to this the Wifi connectivity and Home Connect App and you can fully control all programs from your mobile device. Even start remotely if you wish. All in all I'm very pleased with it. Just hope it lasts as long as my previous Bosch. Then it will be extremely good value!
