Great service from AO and the deliver team as usual. This Bosch however, well I bought it to replace an 8 year old Bosch dishwasher that finally gave up. This one, in comparison to the previous one, feels flimsy, cheaply made and doesn't provide me with much hope that it will last the same amount of time. The door doesn't seem to be straight on the frame. As you open the door, it bend and contorts. The wire racks are fine, but there is nowhere for knives (don't mind too much) but also no way to prop up wine glasses. There is a decent distance between the shelf and the top of the machine, but not enough to stand a wine glass vertical. Controls are easy to use. Instructions are fine. Not tried the app as yet as I'm not overly bothered about it. ECO wash though takes over 4 hours! Bottom tray and cutlery basket are OK. All in all, it's OK, though the lack of a wine glass holder is very annoying!

This replaced a previous Bosch Dishwasher (about 4-5 years old) I had and seems to be pretty much the same inside. I was pleased to see it had the Extra Dry feature but even using this, mugs and glasses have water residue left on top. The machine does the job but does seem to use quite a lot of dishwasher salt. However, all in all, satisfactory.

I am happy with my new dishwasher, it cleans well and once set up (I found you need to have the door closed before it will communicate with the app) It is easy to operate either via the door controls or the App, I like that you can download more machine settings so you can get just the right program for your cleaning.

So quiet and sleek and most of all, it cleans the dishes brilliantly. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the smart function is off and on, it would help if it was more stable and straightforward.

The product is great and of reasonable value. Initially was asked to sign up with QR code with Home Product which was ok but I wanted to use the product manually not via wifi/mobile phone. Spoke to AO.Com customer service to raise a complaint to ask to do this manually. I phoned AO.Com to get it sorted and after a phone call to them they got an engineer to phone me. All sorted now but I shouldn't have had to do this as the instructions should have given me the option. All good to go now I have deleted the app for Home Connect. It was an issue at first but now my issues has been resolved I like the product Thank you AO.com

Very good cleaning and reasonably quiet. Lots of space inside and well thought out design.

The manual is not the easiest to understand.

Dries effectively. Wanted a machine that does half loads - this model ticks the box.
