May I know this fridge - top area is icing. Do any of you like this? I don't think it is normal fridge do.

Product delivered 7 days ago, plugged in and its faulty. AO won't refund they want us to take it up with manufacturer. Its not right, i bought it from AO they should replace or refund. Terrible company, should have gone with John Lewis

This fridge freezer has a lovely design. Lots of door storage and a special rack for hanging bottles of wine etc. horizontally. There is a very bright light in the fridge compartment and the drawers in the freezer compartment are see through so you don't have to open every drawer to find what you are looking for.

Great value for money, looks lovely, has a reversible door and comes with a wine rack! The freezer is a nice size too.

Great product but AO website says reversible doors.When I unpacked the product the clear instructions were that door reversible must be done by sharp and there are no instructions.I did it myself but it was tricky and a specialist tool was necessary to unlock one of the screw fitments.Apart from that all is good

A great item. The fridge is nice and spacious I took out the drinks rack which created lots of extra room as I don't need this. The freezer is more than adequate for the two of us. It's also nice and quiet which is a bonus when you have an open plan kitchen. I did notice ice build up in the fridge almost immediately but this could be just needing to adjust the setting rather than a problem with the fridge itself time will tell on this.

Fantastic fidge freezer - compact but also with plenty of storage inside thanks to clever features like the bottle rack. Salad draw works amazingly too - keeping things fresh way longer than expecyed. Runs almost silently. Only negative is you can't rearrange glass shelves to be at different heights.
