Great oven. Nice and modern design. Works well.

It slotted in easily. Plugged in and ready to go with no faffing around. It is straightforward and easy to use at a basic level and I am beginning to try out the wider options

5 star service on delivery ?? Oven overall 5 stars Heats up really fast. And cook's food of all sorts from dinner to baking cakes. Plus it's self cleaning what more could you ask.

The oven was very easy to install and instructions were very clear. Oven looks pleasing to eye, easy to use with the touch screen display and we found that pre heat facility works very well, ie no need to wait around to guess when to place the item you're cooking into the oven at optimal temperature.

Very disappointed with this oven. It developed a fault within the first few weeks where it wouldn't turn off unless unplugged. Fortunately this was repaired free of charge but still had to mess around for three weeks waiting. Overall the ovens performance is poor. The self clean facility doesn't burn everything off like our previous one. The rotisserie facility is very difficult use. Inserting the skewer into the hole at the back takes a lot of getting used to. The prongs on the skewer were next to useless and I am now using the ones from our previous oven. (Fortunately I kept them). The plastic handle for the skewer has also melted inside meaning it doesn't screw on effectively and I have burnt my finger several times as the skewer is unstable. As for the oven basic use it has just taken nearly 50 minutes to cook some chips on the second shelf using the fan facility at 200C. I don't believe the oven has been calibrated meaning it is not as hot as the temperature indicates. It is much hotter at the back than the front meaning you have to rotate food to cook evenly. Not what you would expect from a modern oven Overall useless and I only wish I had my old oven back. The only reason for two stars is that it looks nice.

Nice to see digital read out of oven temperature, no more fiddley knobs guessing at what you've set it at. You can also see what heating element you have selected, either top, bottom or both. Soft door closing is a bonus, you can flick it up with you foot when you have your hands full and not worry it's going to slam shut. Takes 5 minutes + to pre heat to say 200c, it let's you know when it's ready to cook.
